  1. ORDERING

We offer various collections, which you can find by browsing through the search engine or collections or individual products presented on the website.

The products on the website are photographed as detailed and close to reality as possible. Minor differences in color, shade or details in the final product might occur. If you have any doubts please contact us on sales@idhouse.es.

Once selected the product, you can add it to the virtual cart. For some products you need to specify the color, quantity or and/or size.

You can always edit your shopping cart before checkout.

  1. ORDER-CONFIRMATION

After placing and confirming the order, you will receive a confirmation of the order showing details of the purchased products by email. Please wait for the confirmation so you can check if any errors might have occurred. If you notice any errors on the confirmation, please communicate it by email: sales@idhouse.es, within 24 hours after we sent the confirmation.

  1. PAYMENTS

We offer secure payments through PayPal and credit cards. Prepay by Bank transfers or any alternative payments can be arranged please contact us for order confirmation : sales@idhouse.es.

The prices quoted are final prices and include VAT, excluding freight costs.

  1. SECURE-SHOPPING

We have done our upmost to ensure the security and privacy of your transactions with us. Rest assured that your credit card information and other personal data will be treated with the highest standards of safety, security, and confidentiality.

The information you are sending when placing orders is received in confidentiality and only by us. Your credit card information is fully encrypted transmitted to our payment service where they are validated and the order amount is reserved.

If you are still concerned about ordering on the internet or need assistance in placing an order, you can contact us by email: sales@idhouse.es.

Please be aware that email is not encrypted and is not considered a secure means of transmitting credit card numbers. Do not, under any circumstances, send your credit card details by email.

  1. DELIVERY

Your order will be carefully packed in protective materials, and you will receive a shipping notification via email when your package is on its way.

If your order contains multiple products then individual products may be delivered on different days, depending on the availability of freight carriers on any given day to facilitate the delivery.

Orders are shipped from Marbella, Spain. Estimated delivery time within standard delivery is 15 - 20 business days for all products but varies from country to country. Once an order has been placed and if an item is out of stock, a notification email will be sent. 

To ensure that your items are delivered safely to your delivery address it is advisable to have someone there to be able to sign for the goods. Your contact details and phone numbers are passed onto our logistic companies and they are requested to contact you in advance to advise of the anticipated date and approximate time of delivery.

idhouse will do everything possible to request that the logistic company contacts you in advance, but we cannot be held responsible if they do not facilitate such a contact.

Please provide clear delivery instructions within the "Special Delivery Instructions" area of the checkout. Many of the products on our website are large and heavy in nature and may require special delivery arrangements. It is imperative that you provide us with any special delivery details relating to your delivery address. Should your delivery address be in an apartment block, high rise building, block of units or flats or have restricted access you must notify us, so that special arrangements can be made if necessary. Goods are delivered to front entrance and only at ground floor level of the destination.

Receipt of Delivery:

Before signing as having received the products in good order please check the packaging for any faults or damages. If you have any concerns you must make the appropriate notes on the delivery card note before signing it and ask the driver to initial your remarks. If possible, please take a photo of the fault or damage immediately following the delivery.

  1. SHIPPING-COSTS

 You can check your delivery costs in your shopping cart before you check out. Bulk furniture shipping costs will be confirmed by email after completing the order or contact us at sales@idhouse.es

Sometimes the transport will be forwarded. Please note that freight forwarders deliver using large trucks, deliveries are completed at ground floor level. If you live in a hard to reach or not paved road, so please contact before ordering with us. 

Customers outside the European Union are responsible for any customs and duties. These charges will be collected when your order is delivered. Unfortunately, we cannot provide estimates of these charges.

Non-collected deliveries: The delivery company has their own policy when goods can’t be delivered. They might try another time, contact you or leave the goods at a collecting address. When goods are not collected or repeating delivery is impossible we will charge you for returns and re-sending the order.

  1. TRACKING

Orders are dispatched by different companies. Parcels delivered by courier will require a signature on arrival. If you are not in, they will leave a note so you can contact them and re-arrange a delivery. A phone number is required for deliveries.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an automatic e-mail informing you of the delivery date, transportation company, the parcel-ID and all relevant information for tracking the parcel. You can verify the state of your shipment at any time from the courier´s www-site, this way you always know the exact location of your order.

  1. COMPLAINTS

Submit your complaint by e-mail : sales@idhouse.es.(If there is a complaint of an article, please also enclose a photo). 

We will handle your complaint as soon as possible. You will receive feedback within 2-3 working days. Please do not send goods return before we have found a definitive solution for your concern. 

Once we have arrived at a solution, we will contact you and discuss with you how we can clarify the matter and You will be informed about the next steps. 

  1. RETURNS

All purchases made on this website are eligible for a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Please note that the item unused, must be returned to us in original condition and in the original packaging supplied.

Simply use the return form and return the items to us in new, unused condition. Return form will be enclosed with your goods but if it lacks please contact us via email.

Please complete the return form (including reason for return) and package the items in a original shipping box with sufficient protective material to protectagainst damage during shipping. 
Idhouse will not be responsible for return expenses.

Returning the goods is not possible in following cases: 
- Company orders over 2500 Euros.
- Special and tailor-made orders.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item in good and undamaged order, we will refund the value of the returned item and any taxes charged within 10 days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 In the event we made an error on your order, all charges are eligible for refund.

  1. WARRANTY

Idhouse grants you a warranty of one year. This effect on the date of purchase in force. 

Guarantee at: 
• You will receive a one-year warranty on the purchased item. 
• If the article in question was purchased at idhouseonline..
• The guarantee shall come into force on the day of purchase. 
• Depending on the purchased item, you have a right to compensation, exchange or reimbursement.

The guarantee expires in the following cases: 
• Wear from daily use. 
• If your applied changes to the products. 
• Damage as a result of not appropriate use, culpability or non-compliant care or treatment. 
• Defects or defects that are known at the time of purchase or receipt. (If this is the case, immediately contact our customer service! (Not later than 7 days after receipt of the goods.)
