  1. ORDERING

The products on the website are photographed as detailed and close to reality as possible. Minor differences in color, shade or details in the final product might occur. If you have any doubts about the product, please contact us on sales@idhouse.es.

Once selected the product(s), you can add it to the virtual cart. For some products you need to specify the color, quantity or and/or size.

You can always edit your shopping cart before checkout.

  1. ORDER-CONFIRMATION

After placing and confirming the order, you will receive an email confirmation of the order describing the quantities and specifications of the products. Please wait for the confirmation so you can check if any errors might have occurred. If you notice any errors on the order confirmation, please communicate it to this email: sales@idhouse.es within 24 hours after receiving the order confirmation.

  1. PAYMENTS

We offer secure payments through credit cards. Prepayment by Bank transfer can be arranged. In this case please contact us for further instructions at sales@idhouse.es.

The prices on the order are final prices and include VAT 21%.

We have done our upmost to ensure the security and privacy of your payments with us. Rest assured that your credit card information and other personal data will be treated with the highest standards of safety, security, and confidentiality.

Please be aware that email is not an encrypted channel for secure means of passing on credit card information. Do not, under any circumstances, send your credit card details by email.

  1. DELIVERY

Your order will arrive in its original packaging unless the product is from exposition, which in this case is marked as *EXPO in the product description. You will receive a shipping notification via email when your package is on its way.

If your order contains multiple products then some products may be delivered on different days, depending on the availability of freight carriers on any given day to facilitate the delivery.

Estimated delivery time on standard delivery is 15 - 20 business days for all products but varies from country to country. Once an order has been placed and a purchased item is out of stock, a notification email will be sent. 

To ensure that your items are delivered safely to your delivery address it is required to have an authorized person there to be able to receive and sign for the order. Your contact details and phone number are passed onto our logistics partners and they are asked to contact you in advance to advise of the anticipated date and approximate time of delivery.

Eichholtz Marbella will do everything possible to request that the logistics partner contacts you in advance, but we cannot be held responsible if they do not facilitate such a contact.

Please provide clear delivery instructions within the "Special Delivery Instructions" field on the checkout. Many of the products on our website are large and heavy in size and may require special delivery arrangements. It is imperative that you provide us with any special delivery details relating to your delivery address. Should your delivery address be in an apartment block, high rise building, block of units or flats or have restricted access you must notify us, so that special arrangements can be made if necessary. Your order is delivered either palletized at Street level main entrance or at your door if the package is small.

Receival of Delivery:

Before signing as having received the products in the expected condition, please check the packaging for any damages. If you have any concerns you must make the appropriate notes on the delivery note before signing it and ask the driver to confirm your remarks. If possible, please take a photo of the damaged packaging immediately upon signing the delivery note.

  1. SHIPPING COSTS

Deliveries in Spain Peninsula are free of charge. If you are located at the Balearic islands or anywhere else in Europe, please contact us before completing the checkout on our online shop. An additional shipping charge may apply if you are residing outside of Spain Peninsula. Eichholtz Marbella does not ship outside of the European Union.

Please note that freight carriers deliver using large trucks, deliveries are unloaded at street level and palletized. If you live in a hard to reach or unpaved road, please contact us before completing the order.  

In case you or the responsible person is not present upon the delivery of your order, additional fees may be applied for the rerouting of your delivery.

  1. TRACKING

Orders are handled by different delivery companies. Parcels delivered by couriers will require a signature upon arrival. If you are not present they will either contact you to re-arrange the delivery or return the merchandise to us. A contact phone number is required for deliveries.

  1. COMPLAINTS

Submit your complaint by e-mail : sales@idhouse.es (If there is an issue with an item, please attach photos).

We will process your complaint as soon as possible. You will receive a reply within 2-3 business days. Please do not return the items before we have found an agreed solution for your problem.

  1. RETURNS

All purchases made on this website are eligible for a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Please note that the item unused, must be returned to us in its original condition and in the original packaging supplied.

Please pack the items in its original box with sufficient protective material to protect against possible damages during the return shipping. 
Eichholtz Marbella will not be responsible for return expenses if the items correspond to the ordered products and are without any defects.

Once we have received and inspected that the returned items are in their original condition, we will refund the value of the returned items and any taxes charged within 10 days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

In the event of defected products or an error made by us, all charges for the products in question and their shipping fees are eligible for refund.

  1. WARRANTY

 

Eichholtz Marbella grants you a warranty of one year from the delivery of your order.

Warranty is valid in case: 
• The product in question was purchased at www.eichholtzspain.com
• Depending on the severity of the defect you have a right to compensation, exchange or reimbursement of the product and its shipping fee.

The Warranty is not eligible in the following cases: 
• Wear from daily use. 
• There are custom modifications made to the original product.
• Damages as a result of non-appropriate use, culpability or non-compliant care or treatment of the product
• Imperfections of the product that are known before placing the order
